Transfusion Reaction Assessment and Case Simulator (TRACS)

An interactive learning tool based on the AVHTM TRACS guidelines (JVECC, 2021). In Part 1, you input clinical signs and diagnostic findings from a transfusion patient and the tool walks you through the TRACS algorithmic approach to identify the most likely reaction type with evidence-based management guidance. In Part 2, you work through 30 clinical case scenarios — identifying whether a reaction has occurred, classifying the reaction type, and selecting the correct TRACS-guided management — with detailed feedback and scoring to track your progress.
